I purchased the YZ400F in 1999 from Dr. Stout in Chicago, IL. It was thought to be Dr. D's practice bike. He invested heavily in pro parts to be a YZM clone. Suspension was worked by Team Yamaha's internals team. absolutely the best forks on the planet! Rear Brake factory small reservoir - not the stock plastic block, and SDG tall seat. This bike rips and at 25 years of age is eligible for the Vintage racing GP 4-5 Open Class with Bikes 1985-1999 Disc brakes are allowed.

This bike is just a beast and I love it 

Traded in my Suzuki drzL 125 which I had purchased for 700 plus another 100 cash. Basically got it for 800$, couldn’t be happier with my trade!
