Always wanted a 350xcf and finally pulled the trigger on the 22 Factory.  I currently ride a 22' 300 XC as well.

Immediately amazed by how light and nimble this bike feels.  Unlimited power on tap but very linear and manageable.  I was warned that this bike can be overwhelming.  I did not experience that at all.  While it def has tons of power, it is very linear w an evenly allocated power band.  I am 205lbs dry and am running stock spring w 155psi at the forks.  The bike felt extremely planted and tracked straight w zero deflection from the front wheel or deviation underneath me.  I ran it through very hilly, rocky and muddy trails upstate NY w plenty of hardpack as well.  The bike just gobbled it up w confidence.

I was expecting a heavy feel w a big power surge...Felt as light as my 22' 300xc. 3rd gear and up engine braking was comfortable and not jerky.

It flamed out a bit in the beginning but picked up the idle a tad and fixed it instantaneously.  Could chug at idle in 3rd gear w/o stalling.

Easily picked through straight woods (no trails yet )  over rocks and  logs w little effort and full control.

Even had my buddy ride it who is a die hard Yamaha guy and he was shocked that he had zero complaints. He said he could race it stock.  This is multi national enduro and ISDE champion.  I rode his 21' 250FX and while thats also a great bike, the XCF was noticeably more planted and settled over rough terrain at speed.

KTM did a great job w this machine.

I just went from a 2005 Honda CRF450R to the 2022 KTM 350 xc-f factory edition.  I ride mainly single track in the interior of British Columbia.  The first ride in this bike felt like I had been riding it for years.

The power was exactly what I wanted.  It doesn't have the arm wrenching torque of a 450 down low, but it doesn't feel as sluggish as a 250. Once you get up into the higher revs there is plenty of power to loft the front end over objects, and in the lower rpm range a little bit of clutch works wonders.

In the corners the bike feels like it's glued to the ground. It is confidence inspiring.  I was coming into corners faster than usual, and easily threw the back end around the corners to accelerate hard out the other side.

Even with the suspension in its stock configuration it soaked up everything that the trails had to throw at it. Wet roots and rocks that used to throw me around didn't bother me or the bike at all. There was minimal deflection.

I am coming from a 16 year old bike that was designed to be on a track and not the trail so I may be a little biased, but for me this bike is absolutely game changing.
