baught used with 1300 KMs with several mods; Yoshi rs2, zeta, B&B, skid plate, DRC tail, mirrors. The bike was starting hard (apply some gas), so I went ahead and got the fcr and did the 3x3 airbox mod. followed by the hotcams and mcct. I am overall happy with the bike. It came with dot approved knobbie tires, I ride mostly street so next on the list is street tires. -

This is one of the best off road bikes. Has power from idle on up(with adjustable power valve and ignition timing). Extreme stall resistants and a super light clutch make shifting optional. This motor loves to be lugged around, but will wake up with a quick blip on the throttle! The AER forks have a huge range of adjustability, but I didn’t like to factory suggested setting(I dialed mine in just a tad bit softer). The only negatives are it does not come spark arrested, the seat is NOT comfortable(but you should be stading anyway), and the 2017 carb isn’t very crisp off of idle. -

TM36 Mikuni pumper carburetor for an XR400R from Xr’s only. Includes both throttle cables. I’ve heard rumors that it’s not worth it because the stock carb works well enough and you just have to figure out the each specific bike likes to start. While I agree that a Mikuni pumper carb is not a necessity, it does make starting the bike easier and gives you significantly more instant power. With the stock carb, I had to complete a strict ritual to successfully cold start. It usually took from 2-5 solid kicks after pumping the kickstand about 12 times and finding TDC. After the Mikuni was installed, I did not have to “prime” the fuel system and it only took one kick cold!!! I’m my opinion, it was well worth the 400! If you are on the fence about it, I say pull the trigger. -

Bought it scrapped. Valves were shot, cylinder was scored, piston was in very bad shape but the poor thing still managed to start after 30min kicking like crazy. Bought it for 1.600,00 Euro, spend about the same on new parts and after a 1 year lasting rebuild she's purring like she should. Parts list: Keihin FCR 39MX; OCEMN needle, 182 main jet. Cylinder bored to 100mm, new nicasil coating. Wössner domed 99,98 mm piston 12.8:1. Wössner reinforced con-rod. Stainless steel valves. Marzocchi shiver45 USD forks. -

I bought this 7/19 brand new. Sitting on the dealer's floor for a long time and he wanted to get rid of it. $6000 out the door. I've de-smogged, mikuni tm40, DG slipon, FMF powerbomb headers, IMS tank, 15-50 sprockets, 40 sprocket I match with a 15 for extensive highway riding. All front sprockets are Fritz. Tusk handguards, cyclerack rear rack, uni filter, desnorkled, Sutton oil cooler, xrs only temp. dipstick, stage 1 hot cam,1 inch silencer in the DG. Got a jug bored to 670, wiseco 10.5 to 1 piston I haven't installed yet. Best bike ever! -
