DESCRIPTION Fenda Extenda fender extensions are manufactured by Pyramid Plastics and attach to your bike's original fender by drilling four holes in the guard and using the screws provided. They fit neatly onto the mudguard to provide extra protection for the radiator and engine from road grit and gravel kicked up by the front tire. Do not install this item on bikes fitted with an SW-MOTECH skid plate. Upon heavy suspension compression, the skidplate can contact the Fenda Extenda, resulting in damage to the Fenda Extenda and front fender.

I give five stars because the bike does everything i have asked it to do. When you purchase one of these(Mine is not factory SM), you have to do a fair amount of research into it. Its not a speed machine, it wont power wheelie through all gears. But it is a blast to ride, good on gas, fun to hooligan around on, its light(relatively). I came from an '09 R6 and a Vstar 650 cruiser- ive been on the slow and on the fast..this bike is amazing.

I thought I would add my 93 XR250R to the garage (again) to document what I have done to it, It looked like something you would find at a wrecking / salvage yard when I got it, It was missing the carby, Front caliper, Headlight, Front guard, Side covers & other odds & ends but I could see that it was actually still in very good condition & it just needed the missing parts replaced & a good tidy up, Luckily the motor is good & runs sweet after fitting an XR250L pumper carby which is now jetted to XR250R specs I am collecting the necessary parts to rebuild the top end soon At this stage n XR's Only seat cover & graphics would make it look a bit better Dunlop D605 fitted on the rear XR's Only stainless exhaust Header pipe Custom fitted White Brothers E-Series muffler (If anyone happens to have the discs or a complete maybe damaged E-Series muffler with the discs & Elliptical end cap setup (which would also be a great donor for what I need) laying round please let me know) New RHK fatbar mounts & Tag 1-1/8" fatbars fitted, Makes the ergo's much better for me, A bit taller & looks sweet too New white 15.9L / 4.2 Gal Clarke tank New 42 tooth Renthal sprocket fitted, + I have a spare 44 teeth Renthal sprocket also Just fitted, Baja Designs headlight, Moose skid plate & some XR's Only (Custom/were to suit XR600 oversize IMS) tank decals / Graphics Very close to an engine rebuild now, I have a new 77mm JE piston kit, Cometic gaskets, Brand new in the packet OEM XR250R camshaft, Brand new Honda rocker cover + lotsa other goodies to sort out the rebuild, Looking for a good used 88-95 XR250R cylinder head, Anyone have one laying round? Just fitted some CRF450R forks & a 2010 CRF450R front wheel using a set of Emig Racing billet triple clamps Time to move on & sell this sweet old 93 XR250, Anyone interested send me a PM! SOLD!!! Went to the new owner after he handed me $2750AU, A bargain really He is very happy with it especially being a very different looking & unique XR250, Sad to see it go but I am very happy with my near new 09 CRF450X which takes my riding level way beyond, The CRF450X is a whole lot more of a bike, Anyone looking to do a bit more than just ride trails should definitely step up to a 450X!

I got this bike for super cheap. I have quite a bit of money into it now. Hot rods bottom end, jetted carb, boyeson rad valve, all new bearings and seals in whole bike, wiseco clutch with dirt digger plates, hydraulic clutch I pieced together(so much cheaper), pro circuit platinum 3 full exhaust, race tech gold valves with stiffer springs, geared 13-48. Still running an oem piston but on next rebuild that will change. Happened on an oem for super cheap so I stuck with that. I love this bike. Im going to try and keep it forever. Lol.

1985 XR200R 4-valve frame w/ 1981 XR200R 2-Valve(2V) conversion: I salvaged 3 blown 1985 XR200R frames around 1998. Started Conversion/Install of Stroker 200R 81' 2-valve engine mid 2005. = $200 Bartered for Amsoil 81' 2V motor mods in order as performed: 1) Powroll Header w/ Supertrapp: multidisc USFS spark arrester = $200 81'-83' UNOBTAINABLE NEW 2019 Powroll out of Business 2) Hi-flow gauze filter: modified 81' air box = $30 81-85' NEW? $???.?? 3) 81' Ported cylinder head: 10-20hrs. x $40.00 hr.(Labor of LOVE for Personal engines) = $200-$300 my labor worth (Selling myself short by about $60.00 per Hr.) 4) 28mm Mikuni round: slide w/ spigot-hose-hose clamp conversion = $125 81'85' NEW $???.?? 2019 5) Powroll Piston Kit: 11.5:1 C.R. 1st step oversize (65-66mm?) creating 198cc (?) = $150 86'-90' While Pete Fisher was still involved in Powroll 6) Powroll Stroker Crankshaft: creating 218cc. Piston dome modified for lower compression 10.5:1, using Powroll piston pin to top of piston dome height measurements guide. This is per Pete Fisher's recommendations, as their Engine Dyno testing proved 11:1 was best CR. Greater CR produced primarily >heat only. including many new parts = $350 83'-90' While Pete Fisher was still involved in Powroll 7) 81' Cyl. Head: Pre-Ported myself, Re-Ported & flowed by Powroll. I sent my ported cylinder head to see "How Good" or "How Bad" I did w/o using Flo-Bench testing. = $150 86'-90' While Pete Fisher was still involved in Powroll 8: Megacycle NS Camshaft: "Torque" grind needle bearing camshaft = $150 used in 87' = $500.00 New 2019 9) 28mm Mikuni FLAT Slide: w/ short spigot plug in type (2-Smoke) manifold used primarily on 1st gen. frame. This created a very, very short Intake runner. = $60.00 used 87' = $???.?? New 2019 10) 28mm Mikuni ROUND Slide w/ Welded/modified flange: due to 85' frame change/geometry, also used on 1st Gen frames originally. This uses OEM LONG Intake runner. = $50.00 used/damage in 83' = $???.?? New if available at all. 7-4-2021 11) CRF230F Pro-Circuit T6 Stainless Steel (SS) front pipe with mounting for OEM heat shield connected to SS mid-pipe attached to PC T4 Race Tunable Aluminium Muffler. Found this PC system in TT Classifieds. OP upgraded to PC T6 System. Wanted to try on the Stroker 85' XR200R frame. It does bolt up to head, mounting points are slightly off-set about 1" due System length much longer overall, which will make muffler more prone to damage. PC system weighs >2#+ than the Jet Hot Ceramic coated Powroll Header w/ Supertrapp USFS spark arrestor w/ 15 disc tunable muffler. Haven't run yet due to working on Suspension mods. = $125.00 used incl. shipping 1982'-1990' Rough Guestimate Cost Engine related PARTS ONLY = $1500.00 Value invested in this bike has not been determined yet. I have posted $$ in what I remember in approximate amounts and time periods. I have most receipts and part #'s of what was used. So, eventually I hope to post them and the actual costs for giggle factor. I have rated this bike like most XR200s and XR200Rs I have ridden and owned up to my Paddock years only, excluding 4-Valve motor, which I have never even heard run (Good Luck on that one) much less ridden. RATING = 5 Great Big Stars = Most smiles per mile, in this case hours ridden!! Thanks for reading/looking if you made it this far in my snore-fest XR/XL-125s-185-200R 2v experiences.
