What happened to Florida Cycle Park (the old Thundercross)?

Does anyone know what happened to Florida Cycle Park? Last I knew it had been sold and the new owner had grand plans and was in the midst of a big remodel and facilities improvements. Then suddenly their web site is gone, facebook page is gone and it seems to have vanished from the internet. Does anyone know what's going on there? My fear is the property has been sold to a real estate developer again. -

Have an 85 cr250 I can’t seem to get to run right. The motor is fresh with fresh seals all around so I’m pretty sure I’m not getting any air ingress. Timing is spot on and power valve is working and timed correctly. I’ve got a few other projects going and I would just like to have someone that’s got the skills I don’t to get it the last 10%. I’m on the Space Coast so Brevard or East Orlando would be great but I’m willing to venture a little further.

Hi,thumpertalk noob here. Not sure if this is the right place or right way to do this. Bear with me here. Ive got a few questions regarding Freestyle Motocross. 1. Are there any upcoming FMX shows in Florida? 2. Are there places open to the public to hit ramps in Florida? Preferably central Florida. (I've hear about Hard Rock Cycle park,sounds great. Will make my way there soon and check it out.) 3. Are there any central Florida locals that are willing share any personal FMX riding spots? 4. Reposted from the adventure/dual sport forum: I have seen other posts around Thumper Talk about where to ride off road in the South Florida area, especially the east coast which includes Palm Beach, Broward and Dade county. If you have a platted bike you can ride in the J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area. I have been out in Corbett many times and there is a lot of land to ride. Now is the time of year since the rainy season is gone and the waters levels have dropped. Expect to get wet regardless because it is a damn swamp. Hey guys, I live in the Tallahassee area and I'm planning to ride the Apalachicola national Forest, but I don't know if they actually check for spark arrestors, even though they "require" them. I ride a 2001 Yz125 with a pro circuit r304. Has anyone ridden here before and do you if they are they gonna inspect my bike or not?

Hey Fellas...Merry Christmas!! My wife and I live in Washington State and run a construction company that allows us the freedom to roam in the winter. Recently I've decided I'm sick of freezing my nuts off during these months and would love to get somewhere warmer that she can sit on her ass in the sun and i can play dirt bikes...SoCal doesn't interest us in the slightest but FL is definitely high on the list for these reasons. I'm sure you boys get this a lot,some out of town noob trying to escape the weather,so we would greatly appreciate any advice or help you could give us. We have absolutely no knowledge of where is good and not so good over there but in looking online,Why the frig is it so cheap!? What are we missing?!... For instance:- https://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/reo/5908725633.html Something like this would easily reach the high $200k out here...and for somewhere that stays warm all year round we are blown away at the prices we are seeing? I don't want this to come across like some pompous rich douche-we are far from that-but feel we could afford something like this. Hurricanes? Oil spill? Insurance? Surely not crime.. Again any explanation would be really appreciated. We would hope to find something in an area within 1-2 hours of a couple of tracks and if you could point us in the right direction would be very helpful. Thanks again
