pro's: Easy to get comfortable with, great powerband, it's fast, good handling, fits tall riders well cons: bolts around plastics have a tendency to loosen up so tighten regularly, keep an eye out on the radiator fluid, stock seat too soft even for novice/intermediate riders like myself, stock clutch component allright but not great -

Love it, it gave me some problems before the rebuild but now it's better than ever. Big bore gives it crazy bottom end and the cam makes up for that loss off the top. Awesome bike all around. -

Great Machine. Best Bike I've ever owned. Lots of upgrades, but the thing just plain rips. Smoked 4 out of 4 other 250s and 125s I've raced if that means anything to you. -

Only 5 gears, keeps having charging problems. It's not bad, it's just not really good either. Uncomfortable on long rides. On good days it's a 5/5 just in fun factor, but on bad days it's really just a pig. edit: After another year of ownership it's still growing on me. Having less problems and more fun on it now that I've done some changes on it. -

Great bike...went from DRZ400e to smaller but great woods bike. Even held its own at Glamis, Imperial sand dunes. Smooth power for offroad, and after air/fuel upgrades even smoother and more responsive. Easier to start too! -

I made a purchase not too long ago and haven't heard anything from them. I know flooding was pretty bad up there recently. Was the business hurt?

hey guys, I have a drz400sm that came with full FMF Q4 system and i am thinking of upgrading to the mrd ssw. will there be any improvements over the Q4? will the cops be pi$sed at the noise of this exhaust? would i get the same gains if i bought the PC4 muffler instead? thanks in advance

Hi Guys I am in the market for a new exhaust. This would be my first step towards an after market pipe. I can get my hands on a reasonably priced FMF Q4. Are these any good? Do I need a new header pipe as well?? I am not looking for a pipe that is way too noisy. I don't want to pis* too many people off. Are there any good alternatives (bearing in mind I live in Europe). I have already installed the JD kit and opened up the top of the airbox. Am I going to have to re-jet again?? Educate me.............................

Hello I've been having issue trying to pin down an exhaust to purchase I ride predominantly off road on my drz400e aus spec (exhaust noise non issue) and I've limited my chooses to an mrd zpro and a rs3 full system Does the mrd shift the torque so the pull starts later not sooner due to it being free flowing Is the rs3 more suitable on dirt than a zpro Price Wise I can get the rs3 full system for $715AUD and the mrd Zpro is $788AUD Shipped+plus with all the extra bits In the future I will do some engine mods but before those will be suspension.

Hey guys let me start off by saying thanks for the help. Ive been riding supe sports all my life but its gotten boring to me. I rode my buddies DRZ400SM and that was the start of a new addiction lol. Most fun ive ever had on a bike so I went out and bought a 06 drz400sm only has 5k miles. I cant decide what to buy first and I need yall help that's done this before. I want to get a MRD system but at the same time for another 100 bucks I could buy the TT 39mm setup. My question is which one would you recommend going with first and why. Again thanks for all the help.

I have a 2013 yz 450 f and i live in beautiful colorado. Because the 450f does not come with a spark arrestor and there are thousands of miles of open terrain to ride away from the track i need to get one. My question is what does anyone suggest? there are caps from pmp, slip ons from fmf and full exhaust conversions. Jus anted to start a conversation to hep me choose. So I have just ordered the MRD Z-Pro (or SSW) exhaust and the JD Jetting Kit for my 2012 DR-Z 400S and I was wondering how I should jet my carb (if I have to). I will be riding at sea level and the average temperature is 82F. Also I do not plan on doing the 3X3 mod. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 👍

I used to ride almost only sand dunes so I am coming off a 450. Moving to a 250 now that I am riding single track more and just looking for a more agile bike. Yes the 2015 is powerful for a 250, but what if I want MORE out of it while still keeping the handling characteristics. Please give me some suggestions for power modifications, best bang for the buck! The bike will be in everything ranging from tight single track to open desert to MX track. Riding elevation ranges from 5000 to 8000 ft if that affects any decision when it comes to engine modifications. Here's a picture before the bike break in just to excite some people.

I have a 2012 Honda CRF250R with FMF 4.1 RCT Aluminum Muffler, FMF Titanium Megabomb Header and Twin Air Air Filter. I am trying to decide who the best person or company to send my stock ECU for a remap to get the most power out of my upgrades. Any help thanks.
