Kawasaki's 2019 KLX110 was built with the serious off-road enthusiast in mind. 112cc of power, a 27-inch seat height, and a sticker price of $2,299 differentiate this Kawasaki in what has become a highly competitive segment of the motorcycle market. Built in Japan but ridden the world over, the KLX110 was designed to be taken straight off the showroom floor and ridden away from the truck and into the elements - a 1.0-gallon tank provides fuel for the journey. Of course, a wide variety of mods for the KLX110 are available through a number of aftermarket companies in order to help you fine-tune this Kawasaki to your exact liking, although some of these changes may render it a competition-only machine. See what we think of the KLX110 and similar machines. Kawasaki may not be the off-road racing icon that it once was, but its legendary history lives on in bikes like the 2019 KLX110. Much of the brand's motocross technology has found a way over to the off-road side, meaning that the KLX110 will have certain handling and delivery characteristics that are unmistakably "Kawi" in nature. At 168-pounds wet and with a 26.8-inch seat height, the 2019 KLX110 is set up to accommodate a wide variety of skill levels, rider sizes, and abilities. See below for even more specifications. Great little starter but the rear shock is way too stiff and the bike's on the heavy side. Would also love to see the AMA class these things for kids to race.

My son's bike. He would sleep with this thing if he could. He just bought some new black plastics for it, sticker kit to come.
  6. Does anyone know if Klx 110 plastics will fit a Klx 125? As I've looked all over Ebay and Amazon and it's pretty much impossible to find Klx 125 parts for a reasonable price but the market seems to be flooded with klx 110 plastics. Also, does anyone know why there are so many 110 plastics but not 125s? any help would be appreciated thanks. Here is the Ebay link that I searched https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.A0.H0.Xklx+125+plastics.TRS5&_nkw=klx+125+plastics&_sacat=0

  9. My output shaft on my 2007 klx110 was broken so I split the cases replaced the shaft and put the cases back together. Every turned smoothly, until I tightened the crank case bolts. When I tightened the crank case bolts, the crankshaft became hard to turn. The more I tightened the bolts the harder it was to turn the crankshaft. I can’t seem to figure it out and I think I have literally split the cases 15 times by now! Any possible solutions would be much appreciated, Thanks!😶🤔
  10. I’m looking for a pit bike and for some reason I am drawn to the klx110. I found an 07 that is missing the rear fender and idk how beat it is but what do you think it is worth? He has it listed for $1,450. In 07, the msrp was only $1,699 so I can’t se it being worth too much.

Great bike for beginners. Never had any problems with it and ALWAYS starts! 😁 Little bit heavy the first few rides for 5-6 years old that are used to light 2T bikes.

The KLX110 is a minibike. It happens to be a lot of fun for full-size guys too... just a wee bit small.

    Great Pit Bike!
  18. 0 comments

Great running and driving pit bike. Recently did a 143 and over sized cam kit. Only issues is that the air screw is "D" shaped so the average owner cant change it (EPA). Just dremmel a flat head screw driver slot and it works fine. Also, the 4 foot peg bolts are very short. I replaced them with longer ones because these bikes are notorious for ripping the peg bolts out of the motor case.
