Hey so I’m going to check out a 1994 kx 125 with a nice motor other than a blown top end. I would like to know what years your can part match because it’s very tough finding parts for the 1994. I’m looking for crankshaft and possibly a big bore kit with the jug. Any help would be great please send an email @ arc1122oo4@gmail.com

Hi all, I've recently purchased a kx80 for my son's first geared bike, was told it's a 1994 but the frame number turns out to be a 1998 I think, after 1 hour of riding it started spitting water out the over flow and leaking from the cylinder head, upon inspection after taking off the head, the previous owner has wedged screwdrivers between them to split and has botched the bike together, now the top of the barrel and head is absolutely knackered. The engine is a 1989 4 stud top end, could i possibly change it to a newer 5 stud top end and would I need to change anything else with it. Thanks in advance. Bristol, UK

I bought this kx80 for 650 bucks and I decided to throw in a new piston thinking it was stock bore but the cylinder is bored out to fit a 52.20 mm piston and I’ve been researching everywhere for a 52.20mm piston and I can’t seem to find any information or any pistons of that bore any help or information on what kind of piston this is it would be greatly appreciated

I have a 1999 kx 250 with some really ugly blue and green graphics and have been looking for some to replace them. I found the Chevy trucks kit for a 03 kx and was wondering if I could get this to work with minimal modifications to them and have them still look good

I have an exhaust leak on my 1999 kx 250 right where the pipe leaves the engine. I just got a new fmf o ring and it still leaks. Is there a possibility I installed the oring wrong. Also, is there any other ways to fix it. If there aren't how will it affect the bike.
