Hallo Team, I have the factory digital speedometer on my 06WR450F and it's not show's the Km I m going... The speed sensor and battery it's brand new and correct installed... Also the only button that works is the SLCT2 the another 2 is dead.... Any ideas? https://files.fm/u/4t7ezkwgm

Anyone had any prior experience with this model? I've been doing a little research but struggling to find much. Looks like IMS and Acerbis are the two options. Has anyone used either on this model? The only reason I need one is the bike doesn't quite last a full 3-hour hare and hounds without needing some more juice which is a little annoying! I'm in the UK so anyone who knows the best way to get a bigger tank over here please shout. Seems most are in the states

Hey all, I've been having problems with my throttle position sensor on my Yamaha WR450F 2005. When the sensor is plugged in the bike runs very lumpy on constant throttle and is nearly un-ride-able. In the manual, and all over the internet, there are values of which the TPS must be set at and what resistance it should have. These are : 4-6 ohms resistance 0.58 - 0.78 volts My TPS is set perfectly within these values, being 4.9ohms and 0.72 volts. This indicates to me that my TPS is fine and there is no point buying another? But as soon as i unplug the sensor it does run NEARLY perfect, still very very slightly lumpy but hardly noticeable. Has anyone else had correct readings on their TPS but still isn't working? any help? I don't want to spend £300 on a sensor then it not actually be the problem? Thanks

I recently changed my jets Changed pilot to 45 from stock 42 Changed leak jet to 40 from 80 stock I haven't changed the main yet it's still at stock 168 I'm at sea level roughly maybe 50 feet above sea level maximum. In ireland 👍 Bike now stalls in idle in first n second gear which it didn't before. Just wondering what the problem is is it the main or maybe I'm using the wrong jets for my altitude I'm a noob so all help appreciated 👍

Need new bolts but dont have them close to or in my country, i'll just find bolts that measure the same 😕

My 2018 yz250fx will idle and if I get on the throttle verrrry slowly it will jump from idle speed and low revs to high revs. If I give it say a quarter turn all at once it will cut off instantly. Where it started: Wouldn’t start one day so I put a full pump in it. Ran great for about 10 hours. In the middle of a ride it started spitting and popping. Started out infrequent and quiet and gradually got worse. I put a new top end in it (piston rings all new gaskets) and made sure valves were in spec thinking my head gasket was blown. Go to start it up and it’s doing this. Put a new fuel injector in it and it doesn’t fix a thing. Any help would be very appreciated thanks!

Hi guys New to the WR250. I previously owned an XR400 but my arthritic right foot couldn't take it anymore, so sold up, waited, and plumbed on the Yam. Being a Yamaha road bike guy too, I thought I'd get the set. Anyway, this is probably my 2nd post here as I seldom posted during my XR tenure. Anyway, bought a 250f during the week. It's had MOTs , but they've been so called daylight only ones. I want working lights however so took the nose off. Turns out the lights are there, but someone's made a pigs ear of the wiring. I need to make a loom up to get working brake lights and a horn, which I was gonna do via coming straight off the battery. Separate from the main loom I hasten to add. Could I also do this for lights? I don't see why not but thought I'd ask in case I'm missing something. Thanks in advance
