Nice and strong bike. Easy to ride in technical trails. (It's actually a 2010 though)

Great value. Could use more power and better suspension, but for the price it is more than properly setup.
  3. Hello, I just recently purchased a 2007 yz250 two stroker. Unfortunately the guy I bought it from was horrible with the maintenance on it. I took out the air filter and it was bone dry with dust literally poofing off of it. To my dismay, the boot had a good amount of dust and sand around the sides! Any suggestions on what I should do from here and damage I should expect? Thank you By the way he said it has about 30hours on it, which I belive from the overall cosmetics of it.

  5. So, this cycle and my wrench are still getting aquainted... I had it apart for the initial valve clearance inspection (it passed), and it would not start upon re-assembly. Cranked and cranked, but no fire. The Fuel Injection system has a long gas line from the tank to the FI intake, and it can rotate on some of the connectors. The fuel line is long so the mechanic can tilt the gas tank up 'n back out of the way during service (its good that way). Problem is, it can "kink" pinch closed if not stuffed back together just the way it came out... You'll hear the pump pressurize the line, but no fuel will get to the FI. Heads up for ya...

GENERAL INFORMATION Access the built in ignition mapping feature of your KTM. A simple 'plug-n-ride' install plugs right into your KTM and allows you to switch from "Wild" to "Mild" with a push of a button.

My first bike. Nothing to compare it to. Proven design, parts are plentiful and fairly reasonable. Easy to work on. Performance is very good with 3x3 mod and JD kit. Dated styling. A little heavy.

    EJK - Wiring Error?

I just installed a new EJK in my CRF250L, install was pretty easy, two plugs and ground, hard to screw that up...... but.... When I turn on the key, I get the red and green flashing like there is a connection issue. I verifies (about a dozen times) that I had it wired up right. Bike would still start and run good. So my question is if the EJK has a wiring problem and throwing an error, will the bike even be able to start? I got an email in EJK Tech support also, figured I would try the forums also. THX!
