  10. Well I've been lucky enough to just purchase a new 2016 KTM SXF 350. Due to my bike being my pride and joy (I'm sure everyone's is), it's got me thinking about how suitable my security is for the garage in which the bike is stored. The garage is connected to the house and has a large garage door at the front with a side access door around the other side. I'm considering buying a below-ground anchor for inside the garage, door contact alarm for both doors, a GPS tracker on the bike and possibly a garage defender bar for the outside. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else may be more suitable etc?

  12. Hello all, I've been racing a 2011 SXF 350 for the past 1.5 years and I'm overall pleased with the motorcycle. I've added the following: auto clutch (dyna ring) midwest engineering levers (I still manually fan clutch) protection (brake rotor guard, slavens link skid, moose skid plate, circa probend handguards) kick-starter oversized clockwork tank ktm 2-stroke fan kit The one thing that I'm thinking of changing is swapping out the auto clutch for a flywheel weight. Has anyone tried a steahly flywheel weight (8 oz) on a 350 SX-F? Did it significantly reduce stalling and increase 'lug-ability' in tight sections?

SHREDDING WITH NIMBLE AGILITY The KTM 350 SX-F continues to deliver a dominant mix of horsepower and agility. It has an exceptional power-to-weight ratio with torque similar to that of a 450, without losing its 250-like agility. When you're looking for more than one advantage, this powerful, lightweight racer combines all your needs into one dominant package with serious championship pedigree to back it up. ENGINE Type: Single-cylinder four-stroke Displacement: 350cc Bore x stroke: 95 x 63.4 mm (350: 88 x 57.5mm; 250: 78.0 x 52.3mm) Compression ratio: 12.75:1 (350: 14.2:1; 250: 14.5:1) Valvetrain: DOHC, 4 valves Fuel System: Keihin EFI w/ 44 mm throttle body Ignition: Keihin EMS Starting: Electric Lubrication: Pressure lubrication w/ 2 oil pumps Transmission: 5-speed Clutch: Wet Multi-Disc DDS clutch w/Brembo hydraulics CHASSIS Frame: Central double-cradle, 25CrMo4 chromoly steel w/ aluminum subframe Subframe: Aluminum Handlebar: Neken, Aluminum w/ 28-22mm diameter Front suspension; travel: Fully adjustable WP XACT inverted 48mm fork; 12.2 inches Rear Suspension: Linkage-assisted WP XACT shock; 11.8 inches Wheels: Excel Front wheel: 1.60 x 21” Rear wheel: 2.15 x 19” Tires: Dunlop MX3S Front tire: 80/100 x 21 Rear tire: 120/80 x 19 Front brake: 260mm disc Rear brake: 220mm disc DIMENSIONS and CAPACITIES Wheelbase: 58.5 inches Rake: 26.1 degrees Triple clamp offset: 22mm Seat height: 37.4 inches Ground clearance: 14.6 inches Fuel capacity: 1.85 gallons Curb weight: 231 pounds

  21. I'm a bit unsure of what to do. I'm 6ft 1 and currently riding a 2016 KTM SXF 350. I love the bike but feel a bit tall for the current setup when I'm stood up. I can't stand straight on the pegs and touch the grips with my fingers. I'm about 10mm short. If I crouch slightly I can reach them but it doesn't feel particularly. However when I'm sat down the height and reach of the bars feels completely natural. I'm worried that if I get bars that are 20mm or 30mm higher (RC high) then it'll put my sitting position off. I can't put risers on my triple clamps at they're NEKEN SFS clamps and the whole unit is integral. Any thought from other tall riders?

    Show Your SX-F!

Hello I dident see any sort of "show ur KTM" threads around here, and since KTMs are so beatiful, I decided to make one! So here it is! Show us your hardboiled rice killer
  23. I've been seeing some great reviews from a few years back reference HT Racing's 400 big bore kit for the 2011 350. Has anyone heard of a 400 kit for the new generation bikes? It's more of a curiosity thing than something I'm itching to add to the bike
