    BETA's 2016 430 RR was built with the serious off-road enthusiast in mind. 431 cc of power, a 37-inch seat height, and a sticker price of $9,399 differentiate this BETA in what has become a highly competitive segment of the motorcycle market. Built in Italy but ridden the world over, the 430 RR was designed to be taken straight off the showroom floor and ridden away from the truck and into the elements - a 2.0-gallon tank provides fuel for the journey. Of course, a wide variety of mods for the 430 RR are available through a number of aftermarket companies in order to help you fine-tune this BETA to your exact liking, although some of these changes may render it a competition-only machine. Although KTM is currently the dominant brand in off-road racing, a host of exotic machines have solidified their place as legitimate competition for the orange powerhouse. Made in Italy, the 2016 430 RR is one of the premier 4-strokes from BETA.   4. Yo wondering how 430 feels comparing to 390 in feeling etc. Is it much heavier/harder to control? I know they weigh the same etc just wondering how the handling on the 430 feels. Havn't find much answers on that question / salute
  5. Hey, dont mind me from other stupid posts. Do you guys know if the Beta 4 strokes are street legal in Europe? Im from here/there And wondering why the bikes in Europe dont is/look street ready? Just noticed this now what the f... Here it looks just like a Enduro bike with lights why?? Is it just the images here in Europe got choosed because it looks more clean/appealing that way and they do give you the numberplate, mirrors like the rr-s when you get the bike? Or do they not? If not, why would Italy , a country in Europe, make their bikes not street legal in their own country meanwhile their bikes street legal in another continent? I dont understand that part..doesnt make sense ,hope im wrong about this //Patric🙏
  6. Possibly because I am switching over from a 2 stoke but my new 4t feels like it could use a little extra oomph. Besides an FMF system, a remap and switching out the airbox cage to the 2t is there something else I might consider? Thanks in advance
  7. It's bad and getting worse. Shifting in any way other than with the lever adjusted all the way out and pulling it all the when in to shift results in a 'crunch' with every shift, unless you time it just right. I am certain I am putting unnecessary wear on the gear dogs... Remedies I've heard of: - Bleed the slave cylinder - re-torque the clutch basket down to 45ftlbs (did it) - add a 'spacer' somewhere in the clutch under the basket (don't know where) - change to the Rekluse slave cylinder (rekluse says they don't know if this will increase the throw-out distance) - add washers under the bolts so the springs get less pre-load and hence more disengagement is possible (worked on the WR450....) - remove the judder spring and washers at the bottom of the clutch stack (saw them, did not remove them) <<< seems promising - change the lever to a dual adjusting (lever distance and hydralic preload) (going to try this next) EDIT: ORDERED - RUN zero weight oil (no difference noticed)
  8. This will be my 2nd summer with my 2015 BETA 430 rr and today I went to change all my fluids and just like anyone I like to clean and inspect everything before it goes back together. Well today I found a hole right through the side of the threads that hold the transmission plug in (I will try to add a picture). I really hope beta will work with me on this if not I will have to start looking at KTM or Husky bikes.

    The line up. Kdx 200, husqvarna cr125, and the newest addition 2015 beta 430rr. Bike is awesome. Has great power anywhere anytime. Smooth power delivery. Surprisingly easy to ride/maneuver in tight single track. Just under 200 miles about broken in., and getting better every ride
  10. California beta dealer is telling me they cannot tune or map my engine with fmf pipe due to emissions? Its a “red sticker” race edition bike. Anyone know what i can do here to get a good engine map or buy and use a tuner?
  11. I was wondering if the 2016 fi 430rr still has the butter smooth finesse power as the 2015 carb 430 had, also interested in hearing the same for the 500rs? Mainly wanting to make sure there not more like the ktm's more stepped and abrupt power.
