PRODUCT DESCRIPTION MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines for 2002-2016 HONDA CR 125-250-500 & CRF 250R & 450R Made of the lightest aerospace grade Smooth Bore PTFE Hose providing the lowest possible volumetric expansion at maximum operating pressure. But most importantly, the low expansion and greatly reduced fluid volume provides ultimate positive brake feel with less lever travel. Here's some information that might help you determine if our Pro-Line is a good option for you Here's a rough explanation of what to expect with the different lines- For reference we'll say a stock rubber line in good / new condition (they get soft pretty quick, usually around 20-30 hours of use) is a 6 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the hardest feel at the lever. Our standard -3 gauge steek braided lines lines will get you to an 8. The Pro-Line is as good as it gets at a 10. Keep in mind, a super responsive lever takes some getting used to, you wouldn't want to install one the night before a race! Try and get several practices in on it so you can become accustomed to the power & response before race mode! MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines can handle pressures up to 3000 psi at maximum brake fluid temps while remaining robust and flexible. With a only a 2mm bore diameter, MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines offer a reduction of hose surface area of up to 60% compared to common -03 aftermarket braided brake lines and almost an 80% reduction when compared to stock brake lines! The small bore in our Pro lines is important as it greatly reduces the amount of surface area of hose material (up to 80%!) and eliminates the spongy / soft feel at the brake lever or pedal that larger bore material exhibits due to expanding under high pressure and high temps. MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines are constructed of smooth bore high-pressure hose designed for high pressure and high impulse severe duty applications. It maintains excellent flexibility due to the superior tension controlled single layer small wire diameter plaited braid design. All MOTO STUFF Pro-Lite lines are factory made with permanently attached (crimped) fittings and pressure tested for ultimate reliability and safety. This brake line material was developed for and is used extensively in Formula 1 for braking, suspension and gearbox hydraulics and in WRC Rally and touring cars for braking and power steering applications and by top AMA SX and MX teams for braking.

Brake snake will keep your brake lever from being peeled back or worse. A must for all racing and riding conditions.
  5. Hi thumpertalkers, there has been a few topics about the different stainless steel brake lines, but in my opinion with no information (just people saying which ones they have and if they held up). what I’m (and I hope some others too) am interested in is How there made.Things like quality and curves of the fittings. Do they match the original curves? I’m interested in the ones from Hel if anyone got those already. On the official Hel website there are only the ones for the xr500 and xr650, but on some motorcycle parts sites I can select the Xr600 as wel. are the 650 or 500 the same as the 600? Anyway, if you know something about the Hel ones, or you got some other ones you’re happy or not happy at all with, let us know. (Don’t forget the details : ) Jakob P.s. In the attachments are foto’s of the bends and curves of the original one

Only ridden it about an hour. Power is GREAT, surprisingly good handling and suspension (a bit soft tho) or an old bike. Front brakes don't do anything (I think the pads are contaminated-new ones coming) rear is fine. Was down on compression ( 90ish psi despite supposedly having a recent rebuild) so I've pulled it down to bore, replace the piston, and do the mains and a rod kit. Trying Wossner stuff (piston and rod) which I've never used before.

GENERAL INFORMATION Core Moto has stormed on the scene with their new stainless braided brake line kits. We have worked with them since the beginning and have used their lines on several of our builds as well as selling 100's of them to our customers. When we get asked for brake line recommendation, we always mention Core Moto First. Core Moto SS performance brake lines are made in the USA using the highest quality materials and machinery available. We strive to make the best quality product on the market and are constantly looking for ways to make our brake lines better. The level of quality materials and processes used to make each Core Moto brake or clutch line is felt directly by the person operating the motorcycle they were installed on. Core Moto brake lines are the most customizable brake lines on the market, ensuring you have a truly unique product that will stand out from the rest. Core Moto brake lines are made in the USA and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY against leaks, breaks, ruptures and any type of failure of function. Core Moto lines are made custom to each order and usually ready to ship same day. Why Choose Stainless over Rubber hoses? OEM rubber hoses expand and swell, especially under extreme braking conditions. This expansion results in what is often described as a spongy feel or brake fade. Most motorcycle manufacturers recommend that your OEM rubber brake lines be replaced every 4 years when used under normal conditions. Core Moto Performance lines are good for the life of the motorcycle. Core Moto lines do not expand under pressure or fatigue. All braking input is transmitted from the master cylinder directly to the calipers, giving you complete control, feel and feedback from the final point in the braking system. Total brake response and performance is improved with this often overlooked yet simple modification. INCLUDE IN EACH KIT Core Moto brake line retail packaging. Core Moto brake lines with proper lengths, banjo bend angles, mounting grommets and colors according to your model and order details. New low profile stainless steel banjo bolts with lightened heads. New copper crush washers. Installation and brake bleeding guide. Core Moto stickers.

Our mod bike. The C4MX motor pulls long and hard. It has plenty of torque. It turns very well. The suspension is great. It remains stable at speed. That quality is excellent.
