    valve adjustment 2007 crf150rb expert

I am working on this bike for the first time. It is a crf150rb expert 2007. I have opened it all up to check the valve clearance which i believe is in-.006 and ex-.010. The intake is at .008. It starts and runs but it is a pain to start and feels like it has a on of compression. I can not figure out how to get to the cam buckets to replace the shims. Need help taking off the cam.

It's setup as a supermoto for miniGP. My most recent mods include high compression, big cam, lightened flywheel, lightened crankshaft, valve springs from enginesonly, and port work done on a 230 head. Upgraded the front brake with the EBC oversized rotor and caliper relocation bracket. Previously helped the rear shock out, and put emulators in and tuned them, as well as making external preload adjuster fork caps. It's a really fun bike that slides sideways into turns like a dream.

This is my wife's bike. I purchased it with less than 10 hours on it. It's the perfect bike for her 5'5" frame, and as an intermediate rider, she is really enjoying the step up from her DRZ125.

    CRF150F mods

Hey guys. I have a 2004 honda crf150f and I would like to do some minor or possibly major mods. Can you tell me what mods you think I should do that are relatively inexpensive or mods you may have done? Thanks, Will

    New bike

Hi- So I want to get into dirt bikes and I need some help picking out one so I'm around 5'8 and weigh 125lbs I'm not sure what else to put so you need more answers I got them

    What bike to get...

I'm 5'8" and I weigh about 140 pounds. We do mostly trail riding and fire roads but we, my family, go to tracks with some regularity. I want the 150rb but my dad thinks I should get the 230. He's concerned about all the maintenance a race bike takes. Is it really that much and if so is it complicated? I'm willing to maintain it. I was just looking for someone who's experienced both bikes and could tell me which is a better fit. Thanks.
  15. Where did you start? What made you start? Why? What was the reason you decide to throw a leg over a dirt bike and where are you today with it? For me: It was the middle of DEC, I was 14 at the time (just turned) and it was coming close to Christmas. I was board one day and was looking around YouTube, At this point thus far I had no idea about dirt bikes nore did i care about them. My father use to ride when he was younger so he knew them pretty well. It wasn't until i found a channel called "ZachAtk1" Right away i was hocked. They rode these orange machines and from what i could tell they were two strokes. I told my father about them and their dirt bike adventures and i just could NOT stop talking about them. At first when i said to my dad we should try it out. Dirt biking. he shut it out right away "it's WAY to risky, I don't have the money for it. Mother won't like it. There's no where to ride. NO!/ i was pretty upset, So with some buttering up and earning some money, My father told me i could "try it" and so we headed out to our local Track that had people who would teach lessons. I was so happy! I remember the loud sound i heard around the track as we entered. It was race day (Sunday) and motos were spinning on the track, we went to check the track out and see everyone racing before we signed in for lesson's. It was so loud and crazy i was shocked. After all that we went inside and signed in, i got in gear and headed outside to my (mine for 2 hours) 2015 HONDA CRF150F. And from there, the second i left the starting area and rode away into the field. I had found a reason to enjoy life even more. Now? 2014-2016 I'm 17 and I'm currently only riding KTM and started on a 2007 250SX-F, then a 09 250SX-F, onward to a 2013 350SX-F and 2013 250SX smoker. Now i ride a 2016 450SX-F and just can't be happier (Along with my 53 year old father:D)(We try and ride every weekend) Though out all the crashes and frustrating moments, scary moments, fun moments and friendships. Every single time i put that helmet on I feel better about life and feel like i'm bettering myself. I'm no pro but I don't care. I'm glad i put my leg over that dirt bike, because without it? I'd still be living that over weight nothing to do life. And that's my story so far Please feel free to share yours stay safe everyone!

This bike is all about fun factor! Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of horsepower, however, the lack of it is what lets you ride wide open all the time and feel like a racer again! The Cr85 suspension lets you pull it off and saves weight too!

Good rugged bike for a first bike. Some things may go on you later down the road as usual.
