  1. Hello I've been having issue trying to pin down an exhaust to purchase I ride predominantly off road on my drz400e aus spec (exhaust noise non issue) and I've limited my chooses to an mrd zpro and a rs3 full system Does the mrd shift the torque so the pull starts later not sooner due to it being free flowing Is the rs3 more suitable on dirt than a zpro Price Wise I can get the rs3 full system for $715AUD and the mrd Zpro is $788AUD Shipped+plus with all the extra bits In the future I will do some engine mods but before those will be suspension.

Awesome bike...pulls hard and will go full 3rd gear wheelie with 285 LB me on it. Always starts after a crash, and pulled me out of pipe deep clay mud. The longer I have this bike the more I love it.

great bike to start out on, not so great when you want to fix it due to production only being in 1998/1999

Great smooth power, light and turns as good as any modern 450.

Great bike! Tons of power! Suspension is great. Will need heavier spring rate if you are a larger rider. Experiment with gearing for better feel. GYTR tuner is a great investment. Love it!!

Overall very happy with look of bike & also with the power it produces. Have to say with all the mods I found it not worth paying the extra cash for the big name stuff, like the zeta hand bars & covers (with indicators), the hand bars do not fit perfect on stock handlebars & the covers just look like cheap made in china things that I sell in my shop for a fraction of the price. The rear rack was a bitch to fit as holes didn't lineup good. Clutch upgrade was easy to do. Exhaust was a good fit. 42T custom made rear sprocket from Renthal is so light weight I am worried about how long it will last, it's as light as a feather! 5 star to Kawasakis front and rear damping compered to my KTM 450SXF 2008 reving compared to the KTM 4 stars to the engine only because the short revving caretaritic compered to the longer slower traktor like revving engine on the KTM that i like

I love it,I'm try in to build it as far as I can in performance, I'm using Kimble white valve guides and valves I have an aftermarket Norris 340 cam, cobra header n pipe, I'm trying to find the rare 2 plug TC head for 200x , I want to use vintage 80s performance parts , good used,NOS,and I'm gonna combined new ignition tech........I'll add more with process I just strip her back down to paint I'm gonna take pics from how it sits to a finished minster, YES Nitrous is on the list or a turbo charger........I'll update with painting frame etc etc

Love it, it gave me some problems before the rebuild but now it's better than ever. Big bore gives it crazy bottom end and the cam makes up for that loss off the top. Awesome bike all around.

Great little starter but the rear shock is way too stiff and the bike's on the heavy side. Would also love to see the AMA class these things for kids to race.
