Hey, new here! I just moved from SoCal to the El Paso area. Me and my buds are looking for some single track, or some decent trail riding in general. Were having trouble finding good trails to ride. Dont mind driving a couple hours to get to a location. Bonus points for Map routes, and areas that I can actually camp in. I did a lot of long distance enduro type stuff in cali and thats pretty much what Im looking for here. Thanks in advance!

So i was able to pickup a new GPX Moto FSE250R this week. (Yesterday) I hope to get it uncrated and assembled this weekend for some better shots, but I've been taking a few just so I can remember how clean it was new!! This is the first year of these bikes; the Pitster Pro LXR 250 EFI was it's predecessor. They also have some other models: an air-cooled 250 and a 230cc 2-stroked that runs a Yama-clone DT Lanza motor (40hp). Decided to buy one after getting to test ride a couple on some local singletrack last week. As I started unpacking it the quality and attention to small details have blown me away. Much nicer than I'm used to! Like the LXR, this motor runs the NC250. It is 4-valve OHC motor that makes 25-30 hp depending on who you ask. This motor is used in a ton of bikes and brands ranging from AJP to CSC's RX-3. NC250: For now, I just wanted to drop a few detail photos of the bike as I uncrate: LED tail:

It's been nearly a season now and I realized the GPX TSE250R two stroke doesn't have it's own thread here yet. So what exactly is the GPX TSE250R two stroke? She pulls inspiration from a number of different machines pooled together in a blend that just simply "works". The engine is based off the Yamaha DT230 Lanza engine, a bike never seen in the United States, with it's closest relative being the Yamaha WR200 here. After Yamaha ceased production, the entire DT/WR two stroke line was purchased from Yamaha and continued development and production in the Loncin plant that assembles the current BMW GS650 today. A few developmental changes were made such as removal of the kick starter and relocation of the electric start to under the engine, very similar to how Beta's is designed, lowering center of gravity. She's 6 speed, electric start with mechanical oil injection, counter balanced engine, Mikuni TM30 carb and electronic power valve. The engine is a 225cc two stroke rated at 40 horsepower that features extremely linear near four stroke power delivery. I currently have 24.1 hours on mine now and mine has seen everything from freeway to bark busting single track (mine is plated/street legal). Lots of quality parts on it from factory, including extra wide pegs, CNC machined hubs and rims, dual walled stainless steel expansion chamber, skidplate with linkage protection, lights, speedo, Taiwanese Fast Ace suspension using primarily Showa internals. I'm really digging her so far. Low and mid range is pretty on par with a 250 with a top end about on par with a KDX 220.

Video Does the GPS work on the new GoPro Hero 9

I see a lot of comments on forums that the GPS doesn't work, or doesn't work reliably in the Hero 9. My Garmin Virb Ultra 30 is old and the model has been discontinued. No replacement from Garmin, so I need to change brands. But the GPS and data overlays are a really big deal for me. I think they make my otherwise deadly boring videos watchable. They allow you to appreciate how steep the hills and descents are, which all action cameras just flatten out beyond recognition. The longer battery life, improved video quality and improved stabilization of the Hero 9 are very attractive, but its gotta have working GPS
