Only 5 gears, keeps having charging problems. It's not bad, it's just not really good either. Uncomfortable on long rides. On good days it's a 5/5 just in fun factor, but on bad days it's really just a pig. edit: After another year of ownership it's still growing on me. Having less problems and more fun on it now that I've done some changes on it. -

Hi people, I have a 2003 DRZ 400S. I have a full exhaust line with FMF Powerbomb and a Titanium 4 muffler, JD kit JDS005(https://www.amazon.es/JD-jetting-DRZ400S-drz400e-klx400sr/dp/B06XTDN6C2) with kientech fuel screw and 3x3 mod. Until now I had the stock exhaust and headpipe and I've changed the exhaust lines this week. This is the "new" second hand exhaust system: I have some doubts about tunning and jetting. I'm living sea level and 25ºCelsius almost all year (Canary Islands). I usually go to 1600m above sea leven to forests, so I move between 0m and 1600m over sea level. Which is the best jetting for me? I've seen several posts but I don't have it clear yet and I see @Craigo is a big expert on this 😉 Thanks in advance.

I'm about to order my james dean jet kit, and I've seen some people say i would need the extended screw, others say that the jd kit come complete with everything you need. Which is correct? I plan on installing the jet kit and at the same time doing the 3x3 mod and installing an fmf header and slip on muffler, and im ordering a jet kit for my brothers as well, but he will only have 3x3 with stock exhaust
