Has anyone had any luck retrofitting another model’s tank on a 1990 KDX200? I found a crack in mine that has led to a pretty sizeable leak. OEM tanks are no longer being made, and the aftermarket ones are only available for a ‘96 and newer. I have heard of possibly a KX500 tanking working???

Hey all, im getting a KX500 from the old man, the bike is a solid as can be. All my riding is in the mountains and rides can easily go until sunset, i was wondering what would it take, if its even possible to throw an 8 inch light bar around the front plate. Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I have recently bought a KX500 for ~$300 AUD and it wasn't in the best condition, but its a good project... I've been having trouble finding Specific parts online... Do You guys have any ideas or tip where to find parts and tips on the bike its self and rebuilding it? I've got new radiators and hoses but there are MANY parts needed to finish this rebuild... PS. I bought it off i guy that's started a rebuild but did not finish it... he rebuild the clutch and added new handle bars and that's about it

Hey so I’m going to check out a 1994 kx 125 with a nice motor other than a blown top end. I would like to know what years your can part match because it’s very tough finding parts for the 1994. I’m looking for crankshaft and possibly a big bore kit with the jug. Any help would be great please send an email @ arc1122oo4@gmail.com

What do you guys think? I keep seeing articles about how amateur racing is dying because your average rider can't afford to race a 4t bike. I've heard RC, Villipoto, and a few other big names pushing the 2t to come back and I'm also seeing more and more 2017 concept CR250 RM250 and KX250s as if they are coming back.... I've even seen a concept for the 2017 CR500 I'm not sure if they are actually bringing these bikes back or if people are just fooling around on the internet So what do you guys think? I think the 2ts should come back and take racing over I also think the 250 2ts should be ran with 250 4ts Just my opinion though
