!!!VIDEO EDIT HERE!!! Hey guys back on here after a few years... Here is a new edit I made with footage from the past couple years! https://www.instagram.com/p/Bsy2qb3hfH6/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=13z024rcvbp6d Crash was me in 2014... homemade bend was too poppy and short. Broke both arms, collar bone, ribs, and neck (c4 vert). All the riding is me, I took all these/they're all from my life, after that wreck the past few years. Kinda symbolic video for me... family and friends stopped supporting my career choice then.... everything after the crash in the video, I only experienced because I didn't listen to anyone, and followed my heart. This vid is motivation to keep pushing for me, and any other mx/fmx privateers out there just tryna keep the moto dream alive??
Just moved from Southern California to Florida (near Clearwater area) and was hoping I could get some great riding areas to check out, along with new people to ride with! Also, if there are any women riders please let me know. Hoping to meet some new friends! I ride a 2007 yz250f.
I have been riding dirt bikes for the past 15 years and all my riding life I have always pulled in the clutch in order to brake, when entering a corner. I know that not using the clutch and letting the bike “clatter” when braking into a corner is smoother and more effective. I was wondering if this technique is hard on the bike and if it will cause significant mechanical problems down the road? I am not a Racer, just a motocross enthusiast whom likes to improve technique and lap times; However, I do not want to have to spend a couple hundreds of dollar for a second off my lap time. I am fine if it tends to wear the clutch out a little quicker because that is an easy fix, but I do not want to be shaving down the gears in the transmission at the same time. Any help is greatly appreciated!
I'm looking at buying an 2018 crf 450 for trail riding i just don't like how the wrf, klx and exc handle i just like the feel of track bikes.. would this bike be a good alternative. I know the fuel would be a bit if a downsider. But i only go for like an hour 30 or so
