  1. Hey guys, so I'm in the market for a new bike. I had a 2004 Honda crf250r, which blew up and is the reason for looking for a new bike. Also, I never took to 4 strokes at all, although I could handle the power of the 250, and I'm trying to stay with two stroke's throttle response and easy maintenance. The riding styles I am in is desert riding, mx tracks, and was told that my girlfriend is going to drag me to the dunes. And with all of that, I need to know what my correct two stroke would be. And I am also 5' 10" and weigh 140. But I'm in the process of bulking so the weight will definitely increase. Thank you all for your time and any responses will be appreciated.

Wonderful bike! Still needs a bit of work, leaks oil, gas, and coolant. But, this thing will start first kick every time and is a blast to ride!

Best bike I've owned! Pretty stock for the most part, has excel rims, fresh plastics and graphics, protaper bars with Scott grips, engine is all wiseco with forged piston, silencer and pipe are both stock, gripper seat, nothing else really. Looks pretty good for a 14 year old bike I think!

My favorite bike yet! Fantastic suspension + handling and the motors finally set with all power on top. Just needed to play with the power valve a little. It has a fatty and powercore 2 aswell as Vforce 3 reeds. Tuned to my liking.

    Race Bike

Hey Guys. I am new to track riding after 15 years of trail riding. My dad just bought a 03 RM125 and i have been going to the track with that. I am interested in buying a 250 f and getting into racing eventually however im not sure what bike to get. I have the money saved up and I am ready to buy. The ones that interest me are Suzuki Rmz250, KTM SXF250, Honda CRF250r, and Kawasaki KX250f. Im 6'0" 190lbs , 20 yrs old. Any advice?
  18. So I am thinking of getting a new bike. Currently I have a ttr-125, but I am out growing it. My friend is getting a KTM 250 (2stroke), so I am wondering about like a yz125 or a rm125 to get. I am 14, around 5'4", and about 125lbs. I know of the powerband in 2strokes from driving my (other) friend's 250 atv. Do you guys think this is TOO big of a jump or do you think I could handle the bike?

  23. So, I got this rm 125 with the motor out of the frame, everything is there but the motor has absolutely not compression and cylinder damage. I would like to find a good air cooled enduro engine like a Honda Xr engine or a suzuki Dr engine. the bikes that those engines have to power are much much heavier than my rm frame, therefor it should be a little faster and handle more like a race bike with racebike suspension. what should I do? and how would I do it? I do NOT want another 125cc 2 stroke engine for this machine, anything bigger would work but they are fairly expensive. so a good Xr200 engine would be perfect if I could make it work. what do you guys think?

I have a great relationship with this bike. I can actually get it to go where I want it too along with do what I want it too. The same couldn't be said about the wife. She has a mind of her own and a temper to go with it. I can always count on my 1999 Suzuki RM125 to put a smile on my face thou.
