On the Beta side I have posted up about Ty Cullins’ race bikes before the season starts. A couple where factory race team bikes and last year we built our own. Here’s his 2019 TM EN300 that he’ll be racing the National Endurocross season on. It’s great to get the bike so soon! TM built the bike so none of it is my doing. Over stock it has lights and extra wires removed Smaller tank for EX VHM head 2-Ring Vertex Piston Galfer rotors Front 280mm over sized rotor Stock suspension sprung and valved for him (still need to do EX testing) Circuit front rotor guard TMD rear rotor guard TMD chain guide 9mm clutch master cylinder for easier pull Bullet Proof radiator guards Nekon bars ARC folding levers G2 Quick Turn throttle Moto Seat cover Inline rear brake hose cooler Pro-X chain Kenda tires Pro Circuit exhaust—If they ever finish it!! Still need to work out final gearing for Endurocross. Since those races only 2nd gear is used need to get 2nd at exactly the right spot. Also need to get a skid plate worked out. Still have some work to do, but it’s nice having the bike so early. In the past he’s only been able to ride his race bike a week before the series starts which isn’t ideal at all even if we know the setups. Most testing will be done with the practice bike then transfered over. He’ll do some open/local Endurocross races on the race bike before the national season begins July 7th. Ideally would like to have 6-7 hours on the bike to start the season. That’s what we did last year. At the end of the season the race bike had just over 20 hours.
