Hey ya'll! First post here. I'm working on a 99 YZ400F and I've scoured the forums for help on this but I apologize if it's been covered before and I just didn't see it. So I bought a set of sumo wheels and tires for my bike. The guy I bought them from said they didn't fit his 250x and that the guy he bought them from said they came off a yz450 but the axle size and everything for my bike is correct. The problem I'm having is on the rear wheel it came with the axle spacers for the wheels and I still have maybe an 1/16" gap between the spacer and the caliper bracket. What are my options for either different wheel spacers or solutions to make up this gap. From everything I've found on the forums says as long as you have the wheel spacers that go with the hub on the wheels it should fit. Any help is appreciated.

Hi all. I have a 2015 WR450F that I recently purchased a set of supermoto wheels for off Facebook. Front fit fine but the rear is giving me an extreme amount of difficulty and frustration. The brand of wheels are called “victory”. I am trying to use KKE wheel spacers but are too wide and I believe it is because the outer wheel bearing on the sprocket side is not pressed all the way in making the spacer not sit into the hub far enough. Does anyone else have any dirt or supermoto wheels where the 2 sprocket side wheel bearings are not pushed against each other? Not sure if this is how the hub is designed or if the bearing simply is not fully pressed in. I took pics to try and show the gap between the bearings. Thanks all!

Recently bought a dirt bike. It was missing the rear wheel spacers, so I cut custom made ones and installed one to each side of the rear wheel. After doing this, the wheel has become extremely tight and does not move freely anymore in neutral and when the bike is off. If i were to ride maybe 10 hours on this, the bearings would become damaged because of how tight the wheel is. I was wondering how to relieve the tension in the wheel? I was thinking of installing an additional wheel spacer to the middle of the wheel hub so it’ll relieve the tension? Would this work? -

Im new to the forum and Im not sure if this is the right place to post but here it is. I took just my rear tire into the shop to get the tube replaced. when i put the tire back on my 2003 wr450 the tire was hard to spin. i rode the bike around the block to see i could hear or feel anything. the bike comes to quicker stop than normal when i let off the throttle like the brakes are on and there is a squeaking coming from the brakes and the rotor is very hot. I didn't have this problem before i removed the tire to get the tube changed. any suggestions?

Mona Lisa - project 43. I ditched the old beat up GEICO graphics for fresh Muscle Milk ones ! Swapped the bar pad for a Renthal and installed white fork and disc guard too. There is nothing to be done.- 2 comments

I am getting sick of buying new wheel spacers every year for my X. Has anyone here tried something like this, that has the steel piece pressed on where the wheel bearing seal rubs? /shop/MSR-Wheel-Spacer-Kit-11-1015-1-p4118835.html
