Overall very happy with look of bike & also with the power it produces. Have to say with all the mods I found it not worth paying the extra cash for the big name stuff, like the zeta hand bars & covers (with indicators), the hand bars do not fit perfect on stock handlebars & the covers just look like cheap made in china things that I sell in my shop for a fraction of the price. The rear rack was a bitch to fit as holes didn't lineup good. Clutch upgrade was easy to do. Exhaust was a good fit. 42T custom made rear sprocket from Renthal is so light weight I am worried about how long it will last, it's as light as a feather! Good bike. I bought this bike in 2012 not know the hours on the motor. I put another 75 hours before doing a new top end with Kibble White Valves. Owned CRF230F... under powered, Owned CRF450X... heavy. This CRF250X is just right for me.

Love what it's becoming. If only most of the mods I've done to it came stock... but all around it's a good bike for the money.

Solid platform to work with. . Carter and Gary Bailey worked on final suspension settings, which are TCD's handy work. The C4MX modified race motor arrived and is ready for installation. New black plastics await the graphics. The Yosh pipe is on. Rental bars cut to 31.5" are on. Sharp footpegs too. The Braking oversized rotor. Graphics are on their way. Here the initial start up of the C4MX motor at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dJF-VuBRauw

First dual sport and I love it so far. Iam 6'2 so it fits me perfectly and has decent amount of power for a beginner.

What's the point of owning it if I can't give it 5 stars?! Seriously, I'm new to the dirt bike world. I've had a Harley, but never played in the dirt. I bought the bike and I'm completely going through it, and making it a dual sport and street legal. The only thing I won't touch is the motor for now, as it was just overhauled before I got it. I think this bike will have more power than I need and will put a smile on my face every time I ride her.
