So I just switched out my stock 400f carb for a 2007 kx450f carb and put a 42mm pilot jet in (seen it all in a video)…then I connected the throttle cable to the throttle and it would lag wouldn’t snap back so said &%$#@! it and just started the thing to hear it and when I get it idling good I give it gas and it dies then I start it back up make a few adjustments just for the throttle cable (that big flat head screw) and when I give it throttle it let out a few back fires and flames with it,,,,so basically I don’t know what’s going on

I have a Ktm 200exc that was jetted very nicely. The other day, after doing some of research, I decided I wanted to play around with the powervalve. Now the the bike will rev to a certain rpm and then flatline on power (wont rev out). 1/8 - 1/2 throttle feels very nice, but 3/4 - full throttle wont rev any higher and doesn't have any power. Can anyone help me fix my mistake?

Hi all, I picked up a 1998 tt600 for a case of rum from the bloke down the road. Seems in pretty good condition but it needs the air filters, shock rebuild and has a start issue on the electric side. My questions are; 1. Does anyone know the best place to buy spares for this bike shipped to AUS? 2. What type of oil and does it have a filter? 3. Where can you buy service kits ohlins mono shocks? 4. Is it ok to run pod air filters on dirt bikes Might be silly questions but I'm new to dirt bikes thanks heaps

Recently picked up a 2012 klx250s. Bike was in need of a carb tune. I re jetted and picked up a easy access fuel air screw. The stock one was so wedged up into the carb that it Would not come loose. Screwdriver slipped and snapped off the housing around the fuel air screw. Am I screwed (no pun intended) do I need to just replace the entire carb now? if anyone has better know how or where i can order the correct parts id be so appreciative.
