  1. So I made a post not too long ago but I was wondering if it’s normal for a 2020 Honda CRF150R to bog and backfire especially when going slow?
  2. Knock knock sound from engine. 26k miles, well maintained. Running great before this. Kinda sudden. Still runs. But makes this awful noise. Valves adjust ~1k miles ago. Valves? Can chain? Piston slap?
  3. I got a question. I own a 2016 KX 85. It ran amazing after it first bought it used. I was riding one day with a bogging issue and about 35 minutes of riding I shut it off to take a break. Came back 20 minutes later and it would not start.I changed the spark plug, cleaned out the carb,checked the reeds,and tried hill starting it but nothing .When ever I try to hill start it I can hear it trying to crank and It starts for like half a second but then dies.There is spark coming from the plug though.I took the cylinder off and the piston and cylinder are &%$#@!ed.The piston rings were stuck in the grooves and I had to use pliers and a screwdriver to get it out.There was a ton of blow-by and the cylinder was scored.I bought a new piston already but how can I fix my cylinder.Im thinking of getting it repaired and replayed by either millennium,PowerSeal USA, or usnicom.This is my first time owning a 2 stroke.Any answers or tips.
  4. Hello everyone. I got a 2013 kx450 that is sputtering, poping and bogging down when I go up jumps or go over bumps. I just very recently put in new valves new piston and cylinder and a new counter balance shaft. If anyone has any information it will be greatly appreciated.

  6. I am trying to take my chain off, and I noticed their is a master link but there is no pin. I have tried pulling it out thinking I lost the pin or it fell off, but it won’t come free. Is this a different type of chain or is there anyway I can get it free?
  7. Does anybody know of any wireless headlights that mount where your number plate goes where you don't have to wire anything? Kind of just like push a button and it turns on type of light thing? I would also need it to fit my 03 cr125. Thanks for looking!
  8. So I just did my first ever dirt bike tire change because I had punctured my rear wheel and tube. However, when I put the new tire on I notice some parts of the tire come out past the rim and cover it while in other parts the rim comes out more and I don’t know if that’s a problem and I should redo the tire or if it’s okay. Also, the hole where the valve stem goes is a lot bigger than the valve stem and there is a gap between the hole and the valve stem and I do not know if this is a problem as well. I have pictures of the parts of the tire I’m talking about attached and thanks for any help.
  9. Having a few symptoms on my '05 CRf 450x that have led me to want to take a look inside the clutch and see how things are going. The fibers and steel are pretty good, all fibers are within spec, and I believe most/all of the steel is also. A few may have been a little warped, but I am not fully convinced my table is perfectly flat for measuring. Same for the springs, all are pretty good. I would say things are closeish to being out of spec, but have some room to go...When I look at the outer basket, there are marks where the plates touch the teeth, but I wouldn't call them grooved at all. Same on the inner basket, I can't feel anything with my finger or a pick. However; when I look at the spines on the inner basket where the springs rest, there are grooves on most, some deeper than others but I can feel them with my finger and some will catch a pick. I can't find any info on this specific type of wear, has anyone seen it before? Should I replace the whole basket? Causes?
  10. Ok I need some help here I have a 2013 kx450 which I just recently rebuilt top and bottom. When I first started it up it took a few kicks but nothing to be concerned about. Now the problem is getting worse the bike is extremely hard to start hot and cold and doesn’t like to idle when cold, it also sputters at 1/4 throttle. So today I just set the tps voltage to .60 thinking that was the problem but no luck with starting. So I pulled the choke knob and kicked it a few times and got nothing then I pushed the choke knob in and kicked if a few more times and it started then died and wouldn’t start up again. I was also thinking it could possibly be a bad coolant temperature sensor but I do not know. Iam just at a loss of words any help would be greatly appreciated.
  11. I was looking into purchasing a wheel set, and read that 18" rims would hook up a lot better in the woods/sand, which is all I ride - are there any clearance issues with an 18" rim + 110/100 tire on the aluminum frame YZ125's?
  12. I just bought a xb33 125cc and i need a whole new exhaust from header down and i don’t know much about dirtbikes can you use any 125pitbike exhaust or are they bike specific i believe the diameter is a 28mm but i honestly have no clue
