  1. Can anyone tell me how much my 2008 YZ250 if worth. Bike is in good running condition with nothing missing. Good tires etc. Has some wear as any 2008 would but is still a good bike. I dont see many of these years available on the market. This is the only half-way good pic i have at the moment.
  2. this is the posting '2002 kx 125 Runs great Needs rear wheel bearing , front brakes could be adjusted. Have lots of brake tho That’s really only thing bike needs I have a set of new bars not put on. Starts up 2nd - 3rd kick. I have papers , not in my name. Great bike , lots of power , fun to drive. Jump on and go.' the guy is asking 3000. just wondering if thats a good value and if its a good bike for trail riding
  3. How much would you pay for a super clean 2000 Kawasaki KDX220? Completely stock besides a lowering link. Has the original link. Very low hours. The guy thinks it is original tires and piston, but being 17 years old, I doubt the tires would not be dry rotted. He is the third owner. I also doubt that the piston wouldn't have grenaded. They were all older men that never got around to riding it, so it looks almost brand new. He is asking $2450 OBO. While it is pretty and looks very well taken care of, I think that is pretty high. KBB has an excellent one at only $1250. They are not made anymore and are getting harder to find, however.   4. Recently been looking at a 2007 crf150f parts bike to use to finish up my own to sell it and was wondering how much does a 2007 crf150f blown up motor go for? I don’t know if there is a market for blown up motors just checking if it’s worth something besides scrap metal
  5. I have an opportunity to obtain a 1991 WMX 125 in a trade deal. Bike is in fairly good condition and runs/rides. I was hoping to get some more info on these types of bikes before I commit to the deal. What is the value? Are they reliable? etc. I already know parts are kind of hard to come by but would be a resto project mainly. I will post pictures when I get a chance.
  6. I’m currently getting back into riding after a good few years off and am looking for advice on a 2011 Crf250r I’m looking at. I’ll post the description below. I know I’ll be able to handle the bike, my question is if $3,500 is a fair price for it as I am not familiar with the effect aftermarket parts and rebuilds have on the value. Clean looking bike, just would appreciate any comments y’all have that could help me out. .................................................................... 2011 CRF250R professionally rebuilt by MotoLab. Suspension was rebuilt by BA Racing, tuned for a 145-pound rider but it can easily be adjusted by the rider. Adult owned, never raced, and meticulously maintained. I always ran 93 octane gas with VP octane booster and fuel stabilizer. The valves were just checked and are within spec. I am the third owner of the bike. The bike comes with a lot of aftermarket accessories: • Full FMF exhaust (Megabomb header and Powercore 4 Muffler) • New fuel pump and fuel filter • Takasago Excel A60 Rims and Michelin Tires • Renthal Bars and grips • Brand new Renthal Front and Rear Sprocket • Hammerhead Forged rear brake pedal • Tusk shifter • New Kickstarter • Moose Racing unbreakable clutch lever and Pro Circuit brake lever • Attack Graphics seat cover • Blue coolant hoses • Twin air filter (x3) • Brand new heavy duty chain • Tusk oversized foot pegs
  7. am looking for a bike to get back into riding the owner is asking $2,600.00 and honestly i have no idea if thats a good deal or a bad just looking for some advice. also im 6' and 170 pounds so idk if an 85 is too small and am mostly looking for a trail riding bike.
  8. What's up fellas, So I have a 2003 BRP, from what I can tell, the resale value of the bike is anywhere between $2,500-3,500. The bike is in good condition - runs well, been taken care of in terms of maintenance, no leaks.. etc. It is not set up for street use and is mostly stock aside from Big Gun exhaust and having the "uncorked" mod, which allows for greater air intake and performance. I'm looking for your guys' suggestions and opinions in terms of additional modification to the bike that would allow for the greatest resale value (i.e. what will buyers want to see). Thanks in advance, I appreciate the advice.

  10. Does it seem like the value of modern four strokes especially has decreased to anyone else? I had the plan of selling my 2014 YZ450F to purchase a YZ250 two stroke and have some extra cash leftover, but it seems like I can’t even sell my bike for what a YZ250 is going for! A few years back, I saved up $3,500 to purchase a 4+ year old 250F, and it was a struggle to find one. Now, I’m asking $3,800 OBO for my 450 and can’t seem to get a single reasonable offer. And today I saw a 2015 listed for $1,000 less and not a single comment of interest on it! Meanwhile, I’m seeing YZ250s with over a decade old technology listed for over $3,500, and these range anywhere from a 2005 to a 2014. What the hell happened that made these bikes with obsolete technology worth more than a modern four stroke?!
