I have a 2013 ktm 250sxf, sweet bike and all but whenever I go to do a wheelie/practice them ive been told by multiple different youtube videos to use the clutch pull it in and give it gas all in one motion. Well I go to do that in like 2nd gear and it doesn't even do that much justice as they made it sound in the video, like I could get up in the wheelie just as easy without the clutch. I have tried it in 3rd gear as well and same thing doesn't seem like the clutch is doing anything, and the bike runs perfectly fine as well. Any tips for the wheelies or suggestions to why this isnt working? It is a hydraulic clutch by the way so maybe that has something to do with it? -
Hi guys, my dirty little secret is that I was terrified of wheelies but also really wanted to learn and improve. I looked around for a system or tool to possibly help and what I discovered is that wasn't really anything, until I found these guys. I reach out and asked if I could test it to see if was worth the investment and more importantly see if it would help me practice safely and accelerate my learning curve. After only two session I went from 5 foot wheelies to 75 feet wheelies and also it really help me find the balance point. I recently bought a ktm exc 450 2011 and someone told me that his bike blew up because of doing wheelies(oil starvation). And it was also a 450 exc 2011. should i be worried or would it be fine to do wheelies with them? -

Got about 250 hours on my 18 EXCF-450. I've got my suspension dialed in- im a big rider. 1st gear wheelies effortlessly in any situation -as it should. 2nd - 4th gear cant wheelie at all, which is where I need it (mostly 2&3). Its utter shit. My 16 XC-f 350 would wheelie if a light breeze caught the throttle tube in any gear. I ride singletrack/Enduro. I only do practical wheelies to get the front up over logs, small pits, jumps-kickers etc... Dam thing flames out on quick throttle blips. I went down on the front sprocket from 14 to 13- Not much help, but 1st does respond quicker. Looking for advise to get the front end up with a blip and zap. -Praying that the $1000 Vortex ECU isn't the answer. HELP! -
Which one should I get first? I have knobby tires on my stock crf50 and I only have my foot brake. I'm looking at the irc mb38 street tires 80/90-10 Which one would be more beneficial for my wheelie practicing? -
Hi guys, First time poster here, so excuse me if I do anything wrong. I'm here to ask for guidance to turn my recently purchased suzuki 2020 dr-z400s, into a wheelie machine. I can throttle or clutch it up in first, but second and third are super hard and I'd just like to always be able to wheelie out of stop signs etc.
